1. Bookings & Appointments

  • All bookings must be made in advance by phone, email, or through our website and are subject to confirmation.
  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or previous jobs. We will notify you if there is any delay.
  • Duration of the service is also an estimate and may vary slightly depending on condition of the vehicle.
  • Please ensure that your vehicle is accessible and that we have adequate space to work safely.

 

2. Access, Power & Water

  • For mobile valeting, you must provide access to an outdoor water tap and electrical power supply unless otherwise agreed.
  • If access is not available and no prior arrangement has been made, we may not be able to carry out the service and a call-out fee may apply.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • A deposit may be required and this will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments.
  • Prices are based on vehicle size and condition. Excessively soiled vehicles (e.g., pet hair, mud, heavy staining) may incur a surcharge.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
  • If we arrive and are unable to carry out the service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information provided, the full service charge may still apply.

 

5. Liability & Customer Responsibilities

  • We take the utmost care when working on your vehicle, but we cannot be held responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage, defects, prior poor workmanship, or wear and tear.
    • Damage caused by poorly fitted parts, trim, or aftermarket accessories.
    • Any valuables left in the vehicle – please remove personal items before your appointment.
  • While every effort is made to remove stains, odours, or scratches, results cannot be guaranteed and attempted services will be chargeable regardless of outcome.

 

6. Weather Conditions

  • In the event of extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, storms, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for safety reasons and to ensure quality of service.

 

7. Guarantees & Complaints

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review and, if appropriate, return to resolve the issue.
  • We do not provide refunds unless required by law, but we will always aim to put things right where possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected

 

8. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe working conditions are unsafe (e.g., poor lighting, unsafe driveway, aggressive behaviour).

 

9. Privacy

  • Customer details are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

 

10. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
